Michael Rabb

Michael is the founder and owner of The Rabb Law Law Firm. He is also head of the Firm’s Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups. Prior to practicing law, Michael worked as a real estate and right of way agent. In 2008 Michael began his personal injury and real estate law practice in Arizona. In 2010, Michael continued his practice in the Bay Area, representing title insurance companies, escrow companies, institutional lenders, and homeowners’ associations.

In 2014, Michael brought his legal expertise to Montana and created The Rabb Law Firm. His practice primarily consists of civil litigation and real estate matters.

Jeff Driggers

Jeff Driggers heads the Firm’s Business Practice Group. Jeff joined The Rabb Law Firm in 2019 after practicing in New Mexico as a Managing Attorney for the City of Albuquerque since 2010. His primary areas of practice are business organization, corporate law, and real estate.

Brian Zaiger


Brian Zaiger is well-known for his work focusing on landlord-tenant law. He represents property owners and managers in Montana and throughout the Mountain West, many of whom have thousands of tenants. His ability to provide prompt and effective action for the Firm’s landlord-tenant clients has enabled them to get back to business quickly. Prior to joining The Rabb Law Firm, Mr. Zaiger represented municipalities before all levels of state and federal courts dealing with a wide assortment of complex municipal issues. He also has extensive experience in complex business litigation. Mr. Zaiger is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation Practices.

Benjamin Levin — Of Counsel


Benjamin Levin served until 2016 as the General Counsel and Corporate Senior Vice President of CytRx Corporation, a Nasdaq-listed biotechnology company. Prior to that, Mr. Levin was an associate in the transactions department of the Los Angeles office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities transactions. Mr. Levin received his S.B. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
