Michael L. Rabb
Prior to practicing law, Michael worked with developers to get development plans approved by various government agencies. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2003 with a degree in political science and then acquired his Arizona real estate license. Michael worked as a real estate and right of way agent in Arizona and coordinated closely with escrow agents, real estate agents, developers and government agencies in the development and sale of raw and improved land.
In 2005, Michael attended Oklahoma City University School of Law, focusing primarily on real property and tort law. Michael obtained various accolades for his academic achievements, including Dean’s list recognition and a CALI award for academic excellence. Upon graduating from law school in 2008, Michael returned to Arizona to practice personal injury, railroad and real estate law. His business and real estate clients featured developers, real estate professionals, right-of-way companies, environmental companies, hotels, raceway partnerships and other large corporations.
In 2010, Michael continued his practice in the Bay Area, representing title insurance companies, escrow companies, institutional lenders, healthcare companies, and homeowners associations on an array of real estate matters. He also represented various individuals in personal injury claims arising from auto accidents, slip-and-fall incidents and police misconduct. Michael brought his legal practice to Montana in 2014 and has continued to represent individuals and businesses in real estate and personal injury matters.
Michael is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Montana, Arizona and California, as well as the federal courts for the District of Montana, the District of Arizona and the Northern District of California. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California. Michael is also a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Montana, California and Arizona Bar Associations.
Michael currently resides in Bozeman, Montana with his wife Kathryn and their daughter Lily.

Lloyd L. Rabb III
Attorney Lloyd “Chip” Rabb III was born to a railroad family in 1953 and raised in Arizona. At the age of 19 he began working as a brakeman for the Southern Pacific Railroad Corporation in Tucson. From there he worked his way up the ranks, earning a promotion to locomotive engineer at age 24. He was tasked with operating trains and yard locomotives through New Mexico and southern Arizona, which he did throughout university and law school until finally earning his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona in 1985.
Matthew L. Rabb
Attorney Matthew L. Rabb is an Arizona native, born and raised in Tucson. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, earning his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. Following graduation in the spring of 2003 he moved to Washington, D.C. for a year, where he worked as an intern in the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions under Senator Edward M. Kennedy for the 2004 Democratic National Convention. Matthew began his law practice in 2008.
